Cancellation & Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things happen to stop you attending your sessions, the more notice you give us, the more likely we are to be able to help you.

You can amend, reschedule or cancel your booking up to 10am, 3 days before your booked activity with no fees. Any cancellations are as follows: Please note refunds will be only be given up to the ticket price paid.

  • Up to 10am, 3 days before your booked Activity – Full Refund on Ticket Price Paid
  • Up to 24 Hours before the Activity Start Time – No Refund (However a voucher will be issued – to be used within 60 days)
  • Less than 24 Hours – NO Refunds and NO Postponement Option.

Exclusive hire

For groups of up to 25 persons. Please call us to discuss when you would like to book.

Exclusive hire Aqua Park bookings may be cancelled or amended after giving at least 14 working days’ notice of cancellation. In such circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund less any non-returnable deposit. There are no refunds payable in circumstances where participant numbers are reduced. Cancellation requests received 7 to 13 working days before your exclusive hire session will attract a 50% refund and cancellation requests at shorter notice will not qualify for a refund. Refunds may take 2 to 3 days to effect, once approved. Cancellation requests made out of hours are only deemed as received at the start of business on the next working day.
